Amazing three bed two bath beach rental in Cabarete Bay in the quiet gated neighborhood of Bahia de Arena. It’s a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 10 – 15 minute walk up the beach to all of the shops and restaurants in Cabarete.  Villa Dawn sleeps up to 8. The house sleeps up to 8 people in three bedrooms. All bedrooms are air conditioned.Master: king sized bed with full en-suite bathroom with shower, flat screen TV, private dressing area with a large mirror (can double as a desk if you MUST work), access to the porch, black out curtains.Second bedroom or “kid’s bedroom” has a bunk bed with a double size lower mattress, a pull-out twin and a twin on top. This smallish room has a ceiling fan.The third bedroom has a double bed, dresser, mirror and brightly lit by the many windows opening to the front porch, heavy draperies with blackout liner keep things private! Second and third bedroom share a bathroom accessible from the hallway with a tub and shower. The open floor space has a galley kitchen open to the living room and dining/seating area at the entrance of the house. A 360-degree wrap around porch gives ample space to dine and hang out in a shaded area all day. Ceiling fans keep things pleasant in the house and on the back porch. We love art; we love colours and a casual atmosphere. The kitchen is functional and offers all you need to cook, bake, prepare drinks. Alternatively, have a hired cook do it for you.
