This unit’s larger terrace provides a beautiful ocean view and accommodates a hi-top dining table with 4 chairs, an additional serving table area, and a large versatile couch area that seats 5 comfortably. The spacious living room includes a comfortable couch seating area to relax or enjoy cable TV viewing and a separate game table area. Cards, chess, checkers anyone? A yoga mat is provided for those who enjoy stretching and/or floor exercises.

Our fully equipped kitchen with a dining table has everything you need to make for an enjoyable stay. Soak in a clear ocean view while dining either inside or out on the terrace. A washer/dryer is located inside the condo; however, who wants to wash clothes while on vacation? Book for a week’s stay and enjoy a day of complimentary maid service and two complimentary wash loads done on the premises. Strong Wi-Fi is provided throughout the unit. Smoking is ONLY permitted on the private landing prior to entering the condo. Enjoy this quiet space for reading, phone conversations, or smoking.

The Master Bedroom offers AC, 1 queen bed, 4 closets, a safe for your valuables, a tall dresser, additional shelving, and drawer storage. The master has a private bathroom with a shower/tub configuration. Our guests will find a desk in the master bedroom for those who require a designated quiet office workspace. The Guest Bedroom offers AC with 2 queen beds, a nightstand, two tall closets, additional shelving, and drawer storage. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains for your sleeping pleasure. Bed linens, towels, beach towels, shampoo, cream rinse, and body wash are provided in both full bathrooms for your stay.

This unit is expertly managed by Cabarete Villas. They will greet you upon arrival and are just a phone call away to meet your every need. The beach is just steps away. Walk on the beach to your right a few minutes and enjoy fine outside dining or drinks at Martini’s. Walk to your left for a few minutes and enjoy drinks and food at The Goddess Restaurant. Janet’s grocery store is a short walk on the beach, less than a mile away. Walk a bit further and you’ll be at Cabarete Beach where there are multiple bars and restaurant choices for your pleasure. Not in the mood to walk? Janet’s, as well as many local restaurants, offer delivery services.
